you receive in training should only be used legally to audit systems

Refunds are not permitted. Since our online training contains copy-written content that can be replicated, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at anytime in writing or in your Student Dashboard. You will not be billed again the following month.
Monthly Subscription Payments are billed automatically very 30 days from the date of your first payment.
Cancellations must be made before your next billing date. For example, if you signed up on the 15th of the month, you must cancel your subscription/account on or before the 14th of the following month. Cancellations that are processed after your next billing period has already begun will be subject to our no refund policy. You can cancel anytime in your student dashboard, or in writing by email.
Students are not permitted to give anyone else access to their accounts. Students are also not allowed to copy, redistribute, or otherwise share any information on our website, or content that is deemed downloadable without expressed written permission of Pentester University.
Some of our products/services and programs have trials attached to them. This gives the student a trial period of a certain amount of days before they will be automatically billed. Free Trials may not be extended for any period of time exceeding their allotment. If you wish to cancel your trial you must do so before the automatic billing cycle commences.
For instance, on a 14 day trial, you will be automatically billed for your first month on the 14th day of that trial. So if you signed up 9/1 you will be billed on 9/15 automatically. You must cancel by email or self service in your student dashboard before the 14th day to avoid a charge. Should you not cancel before the end of your trial, and are billed, there will be no refunds.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
